We accept returns of all stocked merchandise within 30 days for any reason as long as it is returned in perfect condition. Clothing items must be unworn, unlaundered and in new condition. For returned goods that are not replaced, Creative Resources issues credit immediately upon receipt of goods.
We will also accept returns of goods damaged during shipment and/or items received incorrectly. Defective, damaged, or incorrect product will be replaced at no charge to the customer. We will ship replacements immediately based on a verbal or written request from the customer. We may issue a call tag for return of, or request images of the damaged or incorrect goods. If the goods requested back are not received within 30 business days, customers will be charged for them.
Items that are made to order, have been personalized, or are items made available for purchase as part of a larger team or group of orders, or those offered for a limited time, or as closeouts are not eligible. for refund, replacement, or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN GOODS

Contact our customer service department at cruiseonepromostore@acreativeresource.com to make a return claim and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). Returns without RA#'s will not be processed. Please write your RA# on the packing slip and exterior of the package and return it along with the item(s) you are shipping back. Customer is responsible for return shipping expense. All returns must be shipped to: Creative Resources, Attn: CO Customer Service, 1208 5th Street South, Hopkins MN 55343.
